Warranty
Every Global FenceŽ comes with a lifetime-limited warranty that
guarantees the fence against any defects in workmanship. This warranty
also promises that the powder coat finish on all of their products will
not chip, peel, crack or flake and that the fence will never rust for
as long as you own the product.
This warranty becomes
invalid if the fence is improperly installed, abused, altered, misused,
or damaged in transit, an accident, or act of God. This warranty is
intended for the original owner of the product and cannot be
transferred for any reason. There is a 30 year limited warranty on any
Global Fence products that are sold to a business, corporation or
partnership (not an individual owner).
Global Fence
will repair and/or replace any parts that become defective at our
discretion. There parts must be sent pre-paid shipping to Global Fence
for determination of defect. Any cost derived from teh removal, and
reinstallation of confirmed defective parts is the responsibility of
the purchaser.
To active the warranty return the form
and a copy of the receipt of sale must be returned to Global Fence
within 30 days of installation. The above constitutes the complete
warranty by Global Fence. Changes or modifications of this warranty by
any person are strictly prohibited. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may have other rights from state to state.
